Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service. However, by using our Service, you grant us:

• • The right to process your documents with AI to provide intelligent responses
• • Permission to use aggregated, anonymized data for service improvement

All other content, including our AI technology, application design, and service features, remains our intellectual property.

AI Services and Limitations

Our AI-powered features are provided "as is" and we make no guarantees about:

• • The accuracy or completeness of AI-generated responses
• • The suitability of AI responses for any particular purpose
• • The availability or uptime of AI services

You should not rely solely on AI-generated content for important decisions and should always verify information independently.

Payment and Refund Policy

OpenMode AI offers a 7-day free trial for all new subscribers. After the trial period, your subscription will automatically renew based on your selected plan.

Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Payment dates and billing cycles are clearly communicated at the time of subscription creation.

No Refunds: Due to the nature of our service and the 7-day free trial period, we do not offer refunds once payment has been processed. The free trial period allows you to fully evaluate our service before committing to a paid subscription.

Subscription Management: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will continue to have access to the service until that date.

Billing Cycles: Exact payment dates and billing cycle details are provided at the time of subscription creation and can be viewed in your account dashboard.

Abuse Prevention and Fair Use

OpenMode AI is committed to providing fair and equitable access to our services for all users. To maintain service quality and prevent abuse, we have implemented the following policies:

Fair Use Policy: While we offer unlimited usage on certain subscription plans, this is intended for reasonable personal and business use. We reserve the right to monitor usage patterns and take action against accounts that demonstrate excessive or abusive usage that may impact service performance for other users.

Abuse Detection: We actively monitor for patterns of abuse including, but not limited to:

• • Excessive API calls or requests that exceed reasonable usage patterns
• • Automated or scripted usage that bypasses normal user interaction
• • Attempts to circumvent usage limits or restrictions
• • Sharing account credentials with multiple users or organizations
• • Using the service for commercial resale or redistribution without authorization
• • Any activity that could harm the service infrastructure or other users' experience

Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to immediately suspend or cancel any subscription, without refund, if we detect abuse of our unlimited subscription services. This includes accounts that:

• • Consistently exceed reasonable usage thresholds
• • Engage in activities that violate our fair use policy
• • Attempt to manipulate or exploit our service infrastructure
• • Use the service in ways that could harm other users or the platform

Appeal Process: If you believe your account has been incorrectly flagged for abuse, you may contact us to appeal the decision. We will review each case individually and may reinstate access if the usage is determined to be legitimate and within our fair use guidelines.
